Universal bench with racks
A universal bench with racks is a simulator for the main disciplines of strongman: bench press with a negative and positive inclination of the bench, French press, squats, including the Scott bench press for biceps.
In order to make this simulator, the following materials were used - profile pipe: 40X40X2 approximately 6 meters, 50X50X3 5 meters, 20X20X2 3 meters; foam rubber, leather deputy and plywood 10 mm.
