Minutka minced meat snack, impossible to resist
Even the basic ingredients in the refrigerator are enough to prepare unusual dishes. Having minced meat and hard cheese, you can make delicious, hearty fried rolls that you won’t be ashamed to put on the table in front of your guests.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 500 gr.;
- bulb;
- garlic – 2 cloves fresh or 1/3 tsp. dried;
- dried basil – 1/3 tsp;
- seasoning for meat – 1/2 tsp;
- hard cheese – 150 gr.;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- milk – 250 ml;
- flour.
The process of making rolls
Chopped onion, garlic, basil and other seasonings are added to the minced meat to taste. For this amount of meat you need half a teaspoon of salt. 1 egg is added to it and the minced meat is kneaded.
To compact it, you need to beat it, as when frying cutlets.
Cling film is spread on the table in 3 layers. The minced meat is laid out on it and leveled into a thin rectangle, approximately 30x40 cm.
Grated hard cheese is poured onto it, but so that it does not get on the edges.
The cheese is pressed into the minced meat. Then it is wrapped in a tight roll. It needs to be wrapped in film and put in the freezer for 3 hours.
When it hardens, the batter is prepared.To do this, beat 2 eggs into a glass of milk and add 1/3 tsp. salt and spices.
After mixing, add flour to them until the consistency of sour cream is obtained.
The roll is cut into pieces 1 cm wide.
They are coated in batter one by one and placed on a heated, oiled frying pan.
Frying is done over low heat so that the minced meat has time to cook.
The beauty of this recipe is that the cut pieces of the roll can be frozen again, and as needed, you can knead the batter in a couple of minutes and prepare a fresh hot dish.
