A simple homemade device for cutting PVC pipes
To accurately cut plastic pipes, it is worth making a very simple device. With its help you can get smooth ends without noise and dust. This is perhaps the most convenient solution for those who do not have the appropriate power tools for such work.
Materials:

- blade for a hacksaw for metal;
- self-tapping screws
Manufacturing process of a plastic pipe cutting device
It is necessary to prepare 2 bars 50 cm long.
On them, opposite each other, pipes with a diameter of 50 mm and 110 mm are drawn along the walls. You will need to cut along the contour of the workpiece.
These semicircles need to be cut out according to the drawn marks. Then they are sanded with sandpaper wound on a tube of the appropriate diameter.
A longitudinal non-through cut is made along one workpiece from the side of the semicircles in the center.
Next, the parts are twisted together onto the door hinge.
The saw blade is placed in the groove of the device with the teeth facing up. Fix with glue.
Now you just need to clamp a plastic pipe between the halves and turn it a couple of times, and it will be cut off. To ensure everything goes smoothly, it is better to clamp the tool in a vice or screw it to a workbench.
