Cases made of plastic pipes

It’s good when things have their own place and a case that protects them from mechanical damage and dust during transportation or storage. Let's consider how and from what you can make original cases for storing, for example, an expensive drill with a diameter of 45 mm and a gas burner.

To make it you will need the following tools and materials:
- roulette;
- pliers;
- awl, diameter 4 mm;
- marker or pencil;
- sewer pipe with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 1 meter;
- sewer connection coupling, diameter 50 mm, 1 pc.;
- plug for sewer plastic system, diameter 50 mm, 2 pcs.;
- nylon tie, with a width of 3 mm and a length of 50 mm - 4 pcs.;
- screws, 3 mm thick and 20 mm long - 4 pcs.

Assembly order:
1. On the flat end of the sewer pipe, through a standard rubber seal, place the coupling to the middle of its length.
2. On the side of the coupling at the point where it connects to the pipe, place 8 marks under the holes:
- 4 marks must be equidistant from each other along the circumference;
- next to these points, at a distance of 10 mm, mark 1 more hole.
3. Using an awl, make holes with a diameter of 3 mm in the designated places.
4. Using zip ties, connect the coupling and pipe. Tighten them as much as possible with pliers and bite off the ends that stick out.
5. Insert the plug into the pipe with the adapter element and secure it with screws.
6. Install a rubber seal into the free end of the fixed coupling and sand its inner diameter with sandpaper until the cover is conveniently fixed in the case.
A tube for storing long items, up to 50 mm in diameter and up to 1 m in length, is ready. In this way, tubes of different sizes and designs are made from an extensive list of sewer systems.
Case for gas burner.

List of necessary tools and materials:
- soldering iron for connecting plastic water supply systems;
- scissors for cutting pipes or a hacksaw;
- pencil and tape measure;
- awl;
- plastic pipe, 20 mm in diameter and 0.2 m long;
- plug for a plastic water pipe, 20 mm in diameter, 2 pcs.

Assembly order:
1. Solder a plug onto one end of the pipe. If you don’t have a soldering iron, these parts can be connected with a gas torch. To do this, warm up the inner surface of the plug for 15 seconds and the outer part of the pipe at the junction for about 10 seconds and quickly, until it stops, put the plug on the pipe.
2. Melt the inner surface of the other plug and deform it until it fits comfortably on the other end of the pipe.
3. Make holes in the plug cap to reduce the gas concentration in case of leakage from the burner.
This case reliably protects the contents from damage.

    From 100mm. pipes made a case for welding electrodes. Pros - convenient, dry electrodes, easy to use and carry/storage. Cons - looks a lot like a grenade launcher, people get scared)))
