Coffee body scrub

First, you need to add hot water to the coffee so that it steams a little. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes. For scrub, you can use not only regular coffee, but also used coffee grounds. In this case, you won’t have to steam it if you prepare the scrub immediately after drinking the coffee.

After this, honey is added to the bowl of coffee and mixed thoroughly.

Red pepper is added to the resulting coffee-honey mass. By the way, it plays an important role when the scrub is used to combat cellulite. If it is prepared for the face, then it is better not to add red pepper.

After mixing, add essential oils. To prepare this scrub, we used tea tree oil and orange oil.

The finished scrub is applied to the body with soft circular movements. In problem areas, it is recommended to increase pressure and massage the skin for up to 10 minutes. After this, the scrub is washed off with warm water and cream is applied to the body.

Now I know exactly what to do with the remaining coffee grounds! I tried this recipe on myself and the effect amazed me - my skin became soft and more even. And the smell just drives not only me, but also my husband crazy.
