Awesome and simple banana pancakes without flour or milk
This dessert is prepared without the use of flour or dairy products, very quickly and very tasty. The dough consists only of banana pulp and eggs. Despite the simplicity of the recipe, the pancakes turn out wonderful. They are very tender, with a soft texture and incredibly sweet.
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes.
1. Break the eggs into a bowl and immediately add baking soda.
2. Shake quickly with a fork. There is no need to achieve a steep foam, just mix them until smooth.
3. Remove the skins from the bananas and crush them. If they are hard, chop them finely. The riper the bananas, the better. You can even use overripe ones.
4. Mash the banana pulp well with a fork, making a paste out of it.
5. Pour eggs into a cup with bananas and stir. There is no need to add salt or sugar. Enough ingredients used.
6. Pour the oil into the frying pan and hold over high heat until bubbles appear. Then reduce the heat to medium.Place the mixture into the frying pan with a tablespoon. It is better to fry the pancakes under the lid so that they are well baked. During the frying process, you need to make sure that they do not burn, since the dough is liquid. It is enough to hold them in the pan for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
7. When a brown crust forms, remove the pancakes from the pan.
8. It is better to serve them with sour cream or natural yogurt, as the pancakes are simply incredibly sweet.
