How to Unfasten a Plastic Tie (Cable Tie) and Reuse It
Everyone thinks cable ties are disposable. This was originally intended, but they can be easily unzipped without cutting and then reused many times. All you need is a regular safety pin (or any sewing needle).
How to easily unfasten a cable tie or clamp
To remove the zip tie, you simply insert a pin into the head between the locking tab and the tape on the back. For clarity, we will show it on a large screed.
As a result, it will move it away from the teeth and allow movement in the opposite direction. In this case, the locking device is not damaged, so the screed can be reused. This can be done with a needle or wire, but a pin is more convenient.
The life hack works great even with small clamps.
Insert a pin and pull out the tail.
