Brownies in 5 minutes in the microwave
A delicious chocolate dessert requires about half an hour for the preparatory process and the same amount of time for baking. To prepare it, use chocolate, eggs, sugar, milk or cream. Sometimes coconut or berries are added to the dough. But there is a way that allows you to bake brownies in just 5 minutes with a minimum amount of ingredients.
If there were no cookies or chocolate in the house when guests suddenly arrived, it doesn’t matter. Prepare aromatic baked goods in a cup in just five minutes from the simplest set of ingredients:
For baking you will need a cup with a capacity of 200 ml. This is a standard portion for which the above quantities of products are calculated.
The butter must be melted in a microwave oven. To do this, immediately take a glass or plastic container with a capacity of at least 500 ml. It is important that the cookware is suitable for use in a microwave oven. Place a piece of butter in it and heat it on defrost mode for about 90 - 120 seconds.
While the oil is heating, measure out the sugar and cocoa. They can be mixed in a plate with vanilla. Or you can pour it directly into the melted butter.
To prevent the dough from turning out bland, add a little salt to the bulk ingredients.
So, after removing the ghee from the microwave, add sugar, cocoa and vanilla (or cinnamon).
Mix all ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
Add milk to the resulting mass. It can be poured in a thin stream, constantly stirring the dough. But it is acceptable if you immediately pour the liquid into the dough and then mix. At this stage it will not be possible to obtain a homogeneous mass. Therefore, you don’t need to knead for a long time, just combine the products.
Prepare the flour. You only need five spoons, maybe a little less. The dough should not be very thick. Measure flour directly over bowl of milk mixture. Be sure to make sure that there is no heap of flour in the spoon. Spread a little baking powder on top of the flour. If it’s not there, it’s okay, you can get by.
Now all the necessary ingredients are in the container. Mix them thoroughly, trying to avoid the formation of lumps. When the dough is ready, take a baking cup.It must not have shiny designs on it to be microwave safe. A low, wide, thick-walled container is more suitable. In it, the brownie will be able to rise up into a beautiful cap. Grease the inside of the cup with a small amount of oil.
Place all the dough into the cup, pressing it evenly on top with a spoon. You need to try to form a beautiful tubercle. When baked, it forms an even layer with a crispy crust.
Place the cup of dough in the microwave oven at full power for two and a half minutes. It is not recommended to open the door at this time to prevent the dough from falling.
Remove the finished dessert from the microwave using an oven mitt or towel, as the cup becomes hot. To serve, decorate the baked goods with fresh fruit, cocoa or powdered sugar at your discretion.
