Mackerel baked in foil in the oven

Step-by-step recipe for cooking mackerel
I took large fish, mayonnaise, salt, foil.
First of all, I cut off the tail, head, fins, and remove the entrails. Wash the fish thoroughly under cold water.
I rub it with salt and generously grease the inside with mayonnaise. I let the fish sit for a while and soak.
I place the fish on foil. I add dill. At this stage, you can add other spices, for example, pepper. Lemon, potatoes, tomatoes and other vegetables go well with fish. But in our family this cooking option is preferable.
I wrap it, pressing the edges of the foil tightly. I send it to the oven preheated to 180-200 C. I cook in closed foil for about an hour (my oven bakes poorly), after 10 minutes I open the edges of the foil slightly to allow a tasty crust to form.
