Squids are widespread cephalopods. They are the closest relatives of octopuses and cuttlefish. Many species of squid are edible and are subject to industrial and recreational fishing.
Squid meat contains a lot of protein, which is easily digested and almost completely absorbed by the human body. Taking into account the good taste and budget price, squids are in demand among consumers. This mollusk is used for preparing first and second courses, appetizers, and salads.

I’ve never cooked squid with soy sauce, although I love both. It was really very tasty - the squid turned out to be unusually tender, and the herbs added a special piquancy to the dish. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I remember I fried squid and thought that everything would be very tasty, but that was not the case. I thought they were fried the same way as meat, but ugh....I remember how not tasty it was.I will try to do it as it is written here, I hope it will work out.
