3 ways to quickly prepare delicious and healthy toast with eggs for breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The whole day depends on how the morning starts and what kind of breakfast you have. Many people don't have a lot of time to stand at the stove for hours and cook a delicious, healthy breakfast.

But you can prepare a quick and satisfying dish in 5 minutes. Let's prepare three versions of toast with eggs in a short period of time.

Required:

  • 3 slices of bread;
  • 3 slices of processed cheese;
  • 6 chicken eggs;
  • 3 pieces of salted butter;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • 3 slices of ham;
  • 2 slices of bacon;
  • 4 avocado slices.

Toast with egg and onion, ham and cheese

Cut 1 slice of bread in half to form rectangles.

Also cut processed (or hard) square cheese in half.

Whisk 2 eggs with chopped green onions in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan on the stove, place butter in the center and let it melt.

Pour the beaten eggs and green onions into the pan.

First place one slice of bread on top and turn it over.

Place the second slice of bread next to it and also turn it over with a silicone spatula.

Fry in a pan for 1-2 minutes, then turn the egg omelette over so the bread is side down.

Using a silicone spatula, fold the edges of the omelet over the bread.

Place 2 slices of ham on the first piece of bread, and two slices of cheese on the second.

And fold the toast in half.

Cook in the pan for another 1 minute. The toast is ready!

Toast with egg, avocado, ham and cheese

In a container, beat 2 eggs with a whisk, melt a cube of butter in a hot frying pan and pour in the eggs. Top them with two slices of bread, dipping them in the egg. Cook for about 2 minutes, then turn the omelette and bread over in the pan.

Using a silicone spatula, fold the omelette onto the bread. Place a slice of ham and four avocado slices on one slice of bread, and two slices of cheese on the other.

Holding it with your hands, fold the omelette in half and press the bread slices together.

Let it cook for about another minute and remove from the stove.

Toast with egg, bacon and cheese

Beat 2 eggs in a plate, melt the butter in a frying pan, pour the eggs into it. Dip 2 slices of bread in the egg and place on top of the omelette. Cook for 2 minutes and turn the omelette over so the bread is side down. Using a silicone spatula, fold edges of omelette over bread.

Place 2 slices of bacon on the first slice of bread, and two slices of cheese on the second. And fold the toast in half. Cook on the stove for another 1 minute.

To prepare a delicious breakfast in 5 minutes, you don’t have to stand at the stove all morning. Serve the toast to the table. Bon appetit!
