Omelette with ham

Omelette, as well as scrambled eggs, has not surprised anyone for a long time. Surely every schoolchild knows how to cook such simple dishes. But sometimes not every adult tries to slightly diversify egg dishes by adding some other product. But an omelette can be made incredibly tasty and nutritious by adding just, for example, a little ham. But the dish will turn out much tastier, more aromatic and satisfying than from eggs alone.

To prepare this omelet you will need:
a pair of chicken eggs,
a small slice of ham
pepper, salt,
a piece of margarine
and, of course, a good frying pan.

Let's start preparing the ham omelette:
Beat eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt. Cut the ham into small strips.
Place a small piece of margarine on the frying pan, and when it melts, pour in the beaten eggs.
As soon as the edges of the omelette begin to bake, place the pieces of ham on top.
In order for the omelette to bake completely, you need to pull its already baked edges towards the middle with a fork or spatula, while tilting the pan so that the liquid eggs flow to the bottom of the pan and bake.
When the entire omelette is baked, bend its edges towards the middle, folding it into a pie.
In this form, transfer the omelette to a plate and cut it into pieces for convenience.
It is preferable to serve the omelette hot.
