Life hack: how to quickly remove grease stains from clothes using lemon and mustard

There are different ways to remove stains from fabric. It all depends on what kind of greasy product you stained your clothes with and how much time has passed since the contamination. Of course, if you quickly carry out the cleaning procedure and wash the item, you will not have to repeat the procedure again.

I often use unrefined vegetable oil, and almost all of my clothes are bright. Therefore, any contamination is immediately visible on the fabric.

But, I have a quick and effective way to remove stains. And I only need 2 ingredients to make my T-shirt sparkle clean again.

I need:

  • lemon – a few drops;
  • teaspoon dry mustard.

How to remove a stain

I dilute mustard with lemon, I get a paste, which I apply to the stains until completely dry.

Important! There is no need to rub stains with cheeks or sponges, as this will only ruin the fabric.

The prepared mixture penetrates so deeply into the fabric that it absorbs all the fat.All I have to do is wash the T-shirt in the washing machine, along with other things.

After the clothes dry, not a trace of stains will remain. This method is also good because it can be used not only on white, but also on colored fabrics.

Attention! If suddenly the stains are not removed the first time, which is extremely rare, repeat the procedure as soon as possible.
