Super easy and fast, juicy chicken in a jar without marinating
When cooking chicken in the oven, you have to periodically check it, adjust the heat level from above and below, sometimes turn it over or move the baking sheet higher or lower. Despite this, it may burn on one side or turn out dry. The proposed method of cooking in a jar will allow you to cook very tasty juicy baked and stewed chicken in absolutely any oven, even a gas oven with one-sided heating.
Ingredients:
- chicken;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- bell pepper – 1 pc.;
- garlic – 1-2 heads;
- salt;
- ground black pepper;
- spices;
- Bay leaf.
The process of cooking chicken in a jar
A large onion is cut into rings. Next, the bell pepper is chopped into strips. The garlic is peeled and cut into large pieces.
Salt, ground pepper and other seasonings to taste are added to the finely chopped chicken carcass.
The meat is mixed and placed on the bottom of the jar in layers with a mixture of vegetables.
The filled jar is covered with a layer of foil and placed in a cold oven on a wire rack. Then the temperature is set to 180°C.
In 1.5 hours the chicken will be ready.
Pieces of meat can be served with mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat.Top the side dish with melted fat and vegetable juice from a can.
