Cooking delicious marinated mackerel
1. While the mackerel is not completely defrosted, it needs to be disassembled into fillets - in this state it is easier to cut and does not fall apart. To do this, after removing the head and tail, run a knife along the ridge and remove it along with the rib bones.
2. Cut the fillet into 2.5 cm pieces.
3. Place them in a suitable container tightly together, skin side down.
4. For the marinade, mix all ingredients.
5. Coat the entire fish with the resulting mixture.
6. Cover the mold with film and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, lightly rinse the pickled mackerel pieces and place on a plate. Top with onion. It is best to eat this lightly salted fish with boiled potatoes.
Try it, bon appetit!
