Cook a large piece of beef in the microwave 3 times faster
Everyone knows how long to cook or bake beef, especially if you get a bad cut. But this can be done much faster by using a microwave, and the meat will come out softer, more tender and juicy. The microwave beef recipe is very simple. It is suggested to use soy sauce and vegetable oil as a marinade, adding a little garlic powder and smoked paprika, although you can use other spices at your discretion, but it is better not to give up oil, since beef is practically devoid of fat. Be sure to try it, it's quick and simple.
Prepare everything you need. Remove films from the meat. It is advisable to take a piece of the correct size and uniform thickness. For the marinade, pour vegetable oil and soy sauce into a separate bowl.
Add paprika and ground garlic. Mix.
Place the beef in a bag or baking bag. Pour out the marinade.
Twist or tie the bag so that it can then be opened. Mash the meat intensively in your hands, rubbing the aromatic mixture into it. Leave it like this for 30 minutes to 24 hours. It’s better, of course, longer, so the beef in the microwave will come out softer and more tender. If you have no more than a couple of hours at your disposal, you don’t have to put it in the refrigerator; if you marinate longer, then be sure to keep it cold. Then place bay leaves on the surface of the piece.
Tie the bag, trying to leave as little air inside as possible.
Transfer to microwave.
Bake at 800 W for 12 minutes, then leave the meat in the turned off oven for another half hour. As it cools, it will become more hydrated. If during the cooking process you notice that the bag has become very swollen and is about to burst, it is better to make several holes with a toothpick. The accumulated steam will escape through them.
Cut the bag and pierce the pulp with a knife; clear juice should come out.
The beef is ready in the microwave. If desired, sprinkle thickly with sesame seeds toasted in a dry frying pan. Use for sandwiches, salads, as a component of cold cuts.
