Delicious “green” lard

Ingredients

  • Lard (homemade is best, but store-bought is also suitable) - 300 grams.
  • Greens (cilantro, dill, parsley) – 200 grams.
  • A clove of young garlic.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Recipe

We take lard or layer, cut it, season it with salt and pepper and put it in a bag.

We take a bunch of greens and chop them finely; you can even use a food processor or a special machine for cutting greens. We also chop a clove of young garlic.

Pour the greens and garlic into a bag with lard, mix vigorously and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Then put it in the freezer and leave it for a day.

That's all, tasty and “green” lard is ready. Greens add softness and an original aroma to the lard, and also make it beautiful when serving.
