New Year's boot

The holiday is approaching. It's time to cook present. A bag of candy is very relevant. What if it's not a package? And a wonderful Santa Claus boot full of sweets, also made with his own hands.
Materials and tools:

• flat plastic two-liter bottle;
  
• thick cardboard;
  
• red or crimson fabric;
  
• a strip of white fur;
  
• New Year's decorations: balls, fir branches, gold braid bow;
  
• gold cord for decoration;
  
• scissors;
  
• threads;
  
• glue gun

Cut off the neck and bottom of the bottle. We use the lower and middle parts.

Place both parts of the bottle side by side on the cardboard, trace with a pencil and cut out. This will be the sole of the boot.

Using a glue gun, cover the sole with fabric.


We cut out a circle from the material. The diameter is equal to two bottle diameters. We tighten it along the edge with a basting stitch and form the toe of the boot.



We wrap the cylindrical part of the bottle with fabric and glue it to the sole.



Apply glue to the front part of the boot and attach it to the sole.


We drape the boot with fabric.




We decorate the attachment points with gold cord.




We fasten the spruce branches, a ball and a golden bow, hiding under them the junction of the two parts of the boot.This will also serve as decoration for our product.
We make the edge of the boot from a strip of fur, gluing it along the top.



An elegant boot-shaped candy container has been made.
