How to cook real boiled pork in a glass jar

Real boiled pork, which, without breaking into small pieces, is cut into thin slices and is ready to replace store-bought sausage at any time, is prepared not only simply, but “super simply”. And for this you will need a regular jar. So, everything in order.

Ingredients:

  • any pulp (pork, beef) - 1000 g,
  • coarse salt - 20 g,
  • seasoning for meat or whatever you like best - 15 g.
Additionally:
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves,
  • laurel - 2 pcs.,
  • allspice - 4 pcs.

The preparatory process will take 1-2 minutes, and simmering in the jar will last 2 hours.

Cooking boiled pork in a jar

1. Mix salt and seasoning in a large bowl.

Cut the meat as large as possible, the main thing is that it fits into the neck of the jar.

2. Roll each piece in salted spices.

3. Place some of the chopped garlic, bay leaves, and pepper on the bottom of the jar.

A liter container will fit a kilogram of meat just up to the top. If the jar has a slightly larger volume, then there will still be space at the top, but this does not really matter, any glassware will do.

4.Place the meat, compacting it as much as possible and inserting the remaining spices between the pieces.

5. Screw on the cap. Place the jar, placing a cloth under it, into a pan of water. If the lid is screwed on, then water can be added above the lid; for a larger container, the water level should be equal to the level of the meat.

6. After 2 hours of boiling over low heat, remove the jar from the pan and cool.

Such boiled pork from a can will replace store-bought sausage with a large preponderance of positive indicators. Thinly sliced pieces will form a delicious morning sandwich and help out the housewife when there is no time to cook. Baked pork can be stored for up to 2 weeks, although it is unlikely to last that long in the refrigerator.

Try it, bon appetit!

The question is, if only in a steam bath, where did the baked color form in two hours, or is this photo different?
