Salad "Squid"


Ingredients:
- squid fillet 200 grams;
- chicken eggs 3 pieces;
- one onion (depending on size);
- 2-3 potatoes (depending on size);
- 1-2 pickled cucumbers;
- mayonnaise;
- salt to taste.

Preparation:
Step one: you need to boil the squid. To do this, wash the fillet under hot water and remove the top transparent film. Then throw the squid fillet into salted water and cook for about 30-40 minutes. During the same time, cook eggs and potatoes.
Step two: cut the chilled squid into strips.



Step three: you need to cut the onions into half rings and pour boiling water over them.



Step four: cut the eggs.



Step five: you need to cut the boiled potatoes into strips.



Step six: Cut the pickles into strips.
Step seven: mix all ingredients and coat with mayonnaise, salt to taste. You can also add black pepper.

    Cook the squid for 30-40 minutes? How long have you been examined at the clinic? There are doubts about your health.
    Boil the squid for 2-3 minutes, this is the maximum, otherwise you will end up with a piece of rubber. And you will remove the film from the squid only after boiling it for 2-3 minutes. And after pouring hot water over it, I honestly don’t know what you’ll get out of it. You apparently have a lot of respect for rubber, but somehow I like squid more.
