Frying whole fish in a frying pan with a crispy and tasty crust is very simple. First you need to select the fish. You can take sea or river, mix different types. The main thing is the size. The fish should be small.
Ingredients:
- Fish - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tbsp. l.;
- Egg - 1 pc.;
- Flour - 4 tbsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
