Healthy and tasty - homemade iced teas
Summer has arrived, and retail outlets are implementing their plans to sell chilled drinks. Yes, all kinds of drinks and teas taste good and can quench your thirst for a short time. I'm sure few of us pay attention to what is written in small letters on the labels.
The drinks include: flavorings; sweeteners; flavor enhancers; acidity regulators; sugar.
This list doesn't inspire me, so I make iced teas at home. I take them with me:
- to work;
- when I go for a walk or shopping on a hot day;
- I give it to my children for school, and now for summer camp.
My husband has a refrigerator at work, where you can always find my homemade iced tea, which perfectly quenches thirst and is harmless to health.
