Mini barbecue grill
I made this wonderful miniature barbecue grill from an aluminum Coca-Cola can. It can easily accommodate a sausage, which I love so much.
Someone will say that this is self-indulgence, and perhaps they will be right. But this craft can be scaled to any size. My friend took a 5-liter beer tank and made an almost full-fledged camp grill. Now he goes fishing and takes it with him - the aluminum construction is very light.
I took the jar and marked it along the ruler exactly in the middle.
I cut soft metal with ordinary scissors, which are found in every home.
I cut the thickenings with wire cutters.
I ground off any burrs and irregularities on sandpaper.
Next, I made small cuts and folded the side. This will be necessary in the future to ensure that the grill grate stays in place.
We mark the places for the legs. The legs will be long bolts.
We drill holes for the bolts or just carefully dig them out with scissors.
We take four bolts and the same number of nuts and washers. We twist everything as in the photo. The washers are needed to ensure that the legs are stable and do not bend in different directions.
Next, we bend a snake from a piece of steel wire. This will be a grate on which a sausage or something else will lie.
From the second part of the jar we make the top lid. To do this, install a small loop and screw it with bolts and nuts.
Our miracle grill will work on regular coals. You can buy them at the store and crush them a little.
Fill it up and pour it with a small amount of alcohol or lighter fluid.
We're waiting for it to burn out.
Then add the product and close it with the top lid.
Voila! The most delicious smoky sausage is ready for you at home!
