Cheese soup - quick soup
Straight to the point. Required ingredients:
1) 4 sausages and 2 cheeses. There are a sea of replacement options, both the best and the worst. Sausages can be replaced with sausage without loss. It’s better to take the cheeses more tender and softer. The best option is to take processed cheese in tubs - it is more tender. If you want a thicker soup, take more cheese.
Carrot and onion. You can refuse them altogether or just leave onions - as you like.
For potatoes, I took 4 medium tubers, as with cheese: if you want it thicker, take more.
Greenery. Yes, you can’t live without vitamins!
Everything was collected. First, put 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan and put it on the fire until it boils.
Finely chop or grate the carrots and onions and fry a little.
Add the chopped sausages and continue frying everything together until golden brown. Let's put it aside for now.
The water has boiled - throw in the potatoes; if the cheese is not very soft, then throw it in along with the potatoes. If the cheese is soft, then after 2-3 minutes of boiling the potatoes. Stir everything, the cheese dissolves, the potatoes are cooked.
1-2 minutes before the potatoes are ready, put our frying out of the pan.
Bring to a boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add salt to taste and herbs. Turn off the fire.
Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. All!
To improve the taste, instead of salt, I recommend adding chicken seasoning like “Rolton”. You can also recommend cooking this soup not in water, but in chicken broth. In a word, options are a dime a dozen.
