Space eggs for Easter. Simple and uniquely beautiful

Most families make beautiful, bright, colored eggs on Easter Sunday. Even in those where people do not consider themselves believers. There are many options for coloring - the usual “old-fashioned” methods with beet or onion peels, using food coloring, painting with paints, decoupage and others. Not so long ago, a method called “space eggs” came into fashion. Having tried it myself, I hasten to offer this option to you too.

What you need

In order to make such beauty, we will need:

  • white chicken eggs;
  • acetic acid 9%;
  • colored food coloring;
  • water;
  • vegetable oil.

You will also need small containers for diluting paint, cotton swabs, a spoon for stirring and white plain paper napkins or towels.

The process of painting “space” eggs

Boil the eggs in advance until tender (hard-boiled). You can work with a hot product or cool it down. Wrap each egg in paper napkins or towels. You don’t have to do this carefully; you can even crumple the paper on purpose.

Pour food coloring into separate containers.I had four main colors from the set - yellow, red, blue and green.

Fill with a small amount of warm water, add 1 tsp to each bowl. vinegar. Stir.

Dip a cotton swab into a colored solution and in some places, in a chaotic manner, paint the napkins. Start with a lighter color—mine is yellow.

Then take another stick and do the same with a darker color. It's okay if the paint overlaps each other. In this case, by adding red to yellow, I got orange in some places.

Continue coloring the eggs with other colors. Try not to leave white spots. Although with them it turns out very original.

Result

Leave the eggs in colored napkins for 20-30 minutes. You can sometimes add paint. After the allotted time, remove the paper, wipe each piece with vegetable oil to fix the color and create shine. Place on a flat surface to dry.

Extraordinarily beautiful, bright eggs are ready for Easter. Believe me, this process will definitely captivate you. You can also do this activity with children - they really like working with paints. It’s safe, interesting, and the result will please everyone.
