The process of cutting a large hole in a tile using an angle grinder

You need to draw the outline of the hole on the tile. If it is matte, then a regular pencil can write on it perfectly, but on a glossy one you can draw with a marker or a cosmetic eyelash pencil.

Next, we launch a grinder with a diamond blade, and begin to trim the contour at an angle. First, the task is only to cut through the glaze without forming falcons.

After this, the angle of inclination increases. It is necessary to make a deeper groove from the marked contour.

So in a few turns of the grinder you need to go deep through the tiles.

The result will be a hole, but with fairly jagged edges. It needs to be sanded. This is done with the tip of the disk, but already directed from the inside of the hole at a slight angle. Often sanding is not even necessary as the uneven circle is covered.
