The removed rotor is sawn in half. You need to knock the core out of it, leaving only the shaft.

The rotor is reassembled with half of the shaft freed.

A standard handle from an angle grinder is installed on the gearbox. Its shaft is clamped in the drill chuck. The device is now ready for use.
