Potato chips

Just look at this miracle! Real jam!

Well, okay - to the point!

Compound:

1) Sunflower oil (necessarily refined)
2) Potatoes (washed and clean)
3) Any type of seasoning at your discretion (curry powder, salt, pepper, etc.)

First, let's preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius.
Next, take our clean and washed potatoes. Personally, I like chips with skin on them and that’s why I don’t peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. You shouldn't go too thin either - everything is good in moderation.
Rinse the cut slices in cold water - we don't need extra starch!

Then we place our slices on paper towels and let them dry.

Take the sheet out of the oven and grease it with oil. Place our slices on this sheet and brush them with the same oil on top.

Let's put the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes or so, depending on the thickness of your slices. The chips should be golden brown by the time they are done.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with seasonings.

You can also sprinkle seasoning before the oven, but some seasonings lose their flavor after cooking.

PS: I advise you not to make a large batch for the first time and limit yourself to one potato, since the first time it may not work, like the first pancake will be lumpy.

Bon appetit !
