Materials for the master class:
- colored paper;
- paints in white, blue, brown and black;
- scissors, glue, ruler.
1. Take a sheet of cardboard and prime it with white paint.

2. Using a simple pencil, make a sketch of the future drawing.

3. From double-sided colored paper of different colors, cut strips 1.5-2 mm wide and 15 to 20 cm long.

4. Using a split toothpick or quilling tool, begin to wind up the paper rolls.

5. Roll the length of the entire paper into a roll.

6. Place the rolled roll on a flat surface and allow it to unroll slightly. Fix the edge with glue.

7. We make a lot of these rolls in different colors.

8. Using a compass, measure the diameter of the balloon.

9. Trace it on a sheet of black paper, cut it out and glue it to the drawing.

18. Draw string bows. If desired, glue a rhinestone in the middle.
