Dish with garlic arrows

If you have a garden, you can always experiment with everything that grows in it. I have been convinced of this from my own experience many times. That's what happened with this recipe. It turns out that garlic arrows are very popular in Korean cuisine. But since I don’t like anything overly spicy or with a clear vinegar tint, I adjusted the existing options in my own way.

Ingredients for 200 g of garlic shoots:

  • from three crushed cloves of garlic;
  • one tablespoon each of soy sauce and honey;
  • tea - paprika and sugar;
  • water, salt, hot pepper, vegetable oil as needed.

How and what to do:

I cut the arrows and wash them.

I boil it for about minutes in salted water.

I strain it.

I fry it in oil.

I combine other products.

Mix with fried arrows.

I decorate with sesame seeds.

It turns out to be a completely self-sufficient treat. And it’s perfect as a side dish (for example, with fish or meat).
