This is the laziest recipe for lazy dumplings
These lazy dumplings are all the same size, have the most delicate curd structure and all this is thanks to the minimum amount of flour in the batch, as well as a special method of forming curd cylinders.
Dumplings with cottage cheese do not have to be sculpted by hand or rolled into a rope for further cutting. The sticky dough is placed in a bag with an approximate hole diameter of 2 cm. When extruded, the cylinders are cut off with scissors and fall directly into boiling water.
For the sauce:
1. Immediately you need to put water in a wide saucepan on the fire, because... the dough will be ready instantly.
2. Simply mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
3. Dilute it with vanilla extract and egg. Mix.
4. Sift all the flour.
5. After stirring with a spoon, the dough should be sticky, but not liquid. They do not put sugar in it, because... it liquefies the mixture. You can sweeten the dish at the end with a special sauce.
6. Transfer the entire mass into a pastry bag.
7.Squeeze small pieces into boiling water and cut them off with scissors.
8. When all the curd cylinders float to the surface, boil them for 1 minute.
9. Catch the lazy dumplings with a slotted spoon and place them on a dish in layers, sprinkling them with sugar.
10. For the sauce, squeeze the juice of half an orange and pour it into the sour cream.
11. Add sugar, mix. Cut the second half of the citrus into pieces - they will decorate the dish and complement its taste.
