Chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan

Asian dishes have more and more fans every day. And, if earlier everyone went to the appropriate cafes, now many try to cook at home. Moreover, all the ingredients can be bought without problems, and such dishes will not take much time, because oriental cuisine is based on quickly frying all the ingredients. And it’s better to start with the simplest thing, for example, chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan. A minimum of ingredients, and the end result is a delicious dish in just a few minutes. Having mastered this, one might say, basic recipe and felt the taste, you can further experiment, slowly adding new ingredients, seasonings, and a variety of vegetables. Be sure to try it.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet 150 g.
  • soy sauce 50 ml.
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
  • corn starch 2 tbsp.
  • sugar 0.25 tsp
  • vegetable oil 15 ml.

Cooking procedure

Prepare everything you need. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, add granulated sugar. Stir until the crystals dissolve.

Cut the fillet into thin long strips like noodles. It is more convenient to do this if the meat is well chilled. Place in sauce.

Leave for half an hour to marinate.You should not increase the time, otherwise chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan may turn out to be overly salty.

Pour oil into a large, thick-bottomed frying pan and place on heat. Meanwhile, remove the chicken pieces and shake off the marinade well. Transfer to another plate, add starch and sesame seeds.

Use your hands to coat the fillets on all sides.

Immediately place on a hot frying pan, separating into individual pieces. If there is too much chicken or you are using a small frying pan, fry in batches.

Keep on high heat for a minute, stir and fry for the same amount of time. Pour in the soy marinade from the bowl.

Wait until the liquid evaporates. At the same time, the fillet will acquire glossiness due to the caramelization of sugar.

Serve the chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan immediately; you can add spicy tomato or soy sauce, herbs, and vegetables.
