Required
- - cucumbers – 1.2 kilograms.
- - mint leaves – 3-4 pieces.
- - garlic – 2 cloves.
- - green onions and dill - a bunch.
- - sugar - a teaspoon.
- - salt – 1.5 tablespoons.
- - black and red ground pepper - a teaspoon.
Cooking sequence
1. Wash the cucumbers. Fresh cucumbers from the garden work well. Cut off the stalks and flowering points.
2. Transfer the cucumbers into a plastic bag. You should make sure in advance that the bag can accommodate all the cucumbers.
3. Add salt and sugar. Add pepper. It is good to use mixed pepper.
4. Wash the dill and onion. Chop the required greens with a knife. Use only fresh herbs. Frozen greens will not give the desired taste to the snack. Prepare mint leaves. Chop the garlic with a knife. Place all these spices in a bag with cucumbers.
5. Tie the bag at the top with a knot. Shake everything with quick hand movements. Cucumbers should be pickled in a cool place. The top shelf in the refrigerator works well. Periodically, cucumbers need to be taken out and shaken. To avoid leakage from the bag, take a bowl and place the bag with all the contents in it. Salting time – 3 hours.
6. Fragrant, slightly spicy cucumbers can be eaten.
Bon appetit!
