2. Rectangular piece of fabric measuring 22 cm by 11 cm – 1 pc.
3. Rectangular piece of fabric measuring 7 cm by 4 cm – 1 pc.
4. Threads.
5. Elastic band or ribbon.
1. Lay out 3 rectangular pieces of fabric and iron them until they are perfectly flat.
2. Bend each of them in half so that their long sides come together.
3. Carefully stitch the long sides of the resulting rectangles. Since the seams are small, you can easily do this by hand.
4. Turn each rectangle inside out to hide the seam inside. Align all rectangles so that the seam is in the center of each of them. To make it easier to work with the fabric in the future, you can iron it. But if you are using velvet, then it is better to skip this step, as iron marks will remain on the fabric.
5. Fold the resulting rectangles in half again, but this time so that their short sides meet. Stitch the rectangles along the short sides.
